EzePay is a complete Purchase Order System designed for Auditor offices in county courthouses. It is a full-featured, web based application which allows for requesting, printing, authorizing, scanning, archiving and searching of purchase orders.
Unlike the few systems currently available for Purchase Orders in courthouses, EzePay is designed to be a complete system, in which all functionality is contained in one user interface. EzePay allows purchase orders to be requested on the user level and sent on to the approving authority to be amended, changed, denied, or processed and approved. EzePay has the capability of performing simple searches, such as searching by PO number, and it can also perform complex searches, such as searching on multiple criteria in different fields. One of the most powerful aspects of the query system is the contains searching method. This method allows a user to search for a part of a field in the database, not just the entire field contents. This is most useful in searching lengthy legal descriptions in documents for a certain key phrase or word..
System backups are a breeze with EzePay. The EzePay system comes complete with a CD-ROM recorder, capable of producing CD-ROM's for archival and backup purposes. The drive will also accommodate CD-RW CD's, which are used for daily or weekly backup. To create an archive or backup only requires a simple two-step process. Archives can be created monthly and stored off-site so that in case of fire or other natural disaster, all will not be lost.
