EzePay™ is a complete Purchase Order System designed for Auditor offices in county courthouses. It is a full-featured, web based application which allows for requesting, printing, authorizing, scanning, archiving and searching of purchase orders.

Key Features

System backups are a breeze with EzePay™. The EzePay™ system comes complete with a CD-ROM recorder, capable of producing CD-ROM's for archival and backup purposes. The drive will also accommodate CD-RW CD's, which are used for daily or weekly backup. To create an archive or backup only requires a simple two-step process. Archives can be created monthly and stored off-site so that in case of fire or other natural disaster, all will not be lost.
